It will be held from November 4, 1999 through November 6, 1999 at RIKEN in Japan. We would like to invite you to participate in the symposium. The aim of the symposium is to discuss recent theoretical and experimental developments in high energy spin physics among the researchers particularly in the circum-pan-Pacific region.
