		28 February - 4 March 2000

The School is to promote the knowledge on rapidly developing integrable
quantum
field theories and to widen the opportunity to communicate among scholars 
through lectures and seminars.  The school is to be held at KAL Hotel, 
Seogwipo City, the southern part of the Cheju Island. The Cheju Island is 
known as the Hawaii in Korea, which has a  beautiful landscape 
and maintains mild temperature during winter season.

During the School period, the first two days are assigned to Workshop on 
recent developments and are followed by lectures focusing on details of

one may add the title and abstract in the Registration Form.

Registration Fee:

The Registration Fee is 120,000 Won (approximately US$100) to be paid in
Won 
upon arrival.  The Fee will cover the School Fee, Room (double occupancy) 
and partial Boarding. For single room, extra 30,000 Won per day will be
charged.
A reduced rate (60,000 Won) may apply to students.  The reduced rate is
also  
applicable to Post-Docs upon request. A limited number of financial
support is 
available for students and participants from member countries.

Transportation:

The nearest air port is Cheju International Airport. From Seoul or Tokyo,
there is a connection to Cheju. There will be a shuttle bus 
from Cheju Airport to the Winter School Site.

Weather:
During February, the average temperature of Cheju Island is about 10C
(45F). 
The Halla mountain is located at the central part of the island and one
pass
is open for hiking even though the peak is covered with snow. 
The participants are recommended to bring their warm clothings 
and shoes just in case. 

Currency and Credit Card : 
The unit of Korean currency is Won.  Major foreign currencies, 
traveler's checks, and major credit cards are accepted at most hotels,
banks, 
and the airport.  Current exchange rate is approximately 1150 Won per US
$1.

Passport and Visa :
Visitors with the passport and the return ticket, can stay in Korea 
up to 15 days without visa (with exception of a few countries). 
It is advised to consult the nearest Korean Consulate for details.
