Korea Institute for Advanced Study (KIAS) will host Asian Winter School for
Paricle Physics, February 14-19. The purpose of this School is
to review the theoretical foundations and phenomenological aspects of
Higgs and Neutrino Physics. We wish many Asian particle physists can
participate in this School, listen to full detail lectures, and
also give their own talks. The participants are expected to be not
only graduate students or post docs, but also professors who work
or plan to work in these subjects.

The School will take place at the KIAS International Conference Hall

 The program includes lectures on:

- Higgs Physics by Professor Chris Quigg (Fermi Lab.)
- Neutrino Physics by Professor Evgeny Akhmedov (National Research Centre
 Kurchatov Institute, Moscow, Russia)

In addition to the lectures, there will be seminars for contributed
papers covering various subjects of particle physics.
Participants will be encouraged to present their field of interest
in short contributions.
