KEKB and Belle have been successfully running since their commissioning in 1999, and performed various new measurements of heavy meson decays including CP violating parameter. We believe that it is time to start discussions about their upgrade to extend the physics possibility in near future. For this purpose we propose to have a two-day workshop where theorists, experimentalists and accelerator physicists get together and exchange their ideas. Anybody who are interested in this field are invited to join this discussion. The purpose of the workshop is to discuss on the physics possibilities and technical feasibilities of the B factory with the luminosity of 10^35. As all of you know, KEKB/BELLE has achieved its first milestone, "observation of CP asymmetry in B decays" recently, which will be followed by various new results including hints of the physics beyond the standard model. At this occasion, we would like to discuss the possibility of a major upgrade of the existing KEKB to 10^35 machine to open a wider window to search for for new physics.
