The manuscript should be written within one page for each title. Please send the pdf/ps file of your abstract by E-mail to (omeg05__AT__nao.ac.jp) by the deadline Sept. 20, 2005. We will publish the abstract book of papers presented in the symposium. A copy will be provided to each participant at the registration desk. Besides the selected oral presentations, a Three-Minute-Talk of every poster is also planned during this symposium. The proceedings of this conference will be published as a solid book by a suitable publisher. All invited, oral, and poster papers are to be published. The information on the format will be available in the final circular. Registration: --------------- The symposium registration fee is 10,000 Japanese yen (5,000 yen for students), and the participants are requested to pay cash at the registration desk. The fee includes participation in the scientific program of the conference, the book of abstract, the proceedings, and coffee breaks. The registration form can be found in the last part of this circular. Registration should be made by completing and returning the enclosed registration form either by e-mail (omeg05__AT__nao.ac.jp) or by fax to OMEG05 LOC. Welcome Party and Conference Dinner: ---------------------------------------------- All participants are invited to the welcome party (free) on November 7 Monday during 18:00-20:00 at Gakushi-kaikan Annex at Hongo campus, University of Tokyo. We also have the conference dinner on November 9 Wednesday during 19:00-21:00 at Sanjo-kaikan at Hongo campus, University of Tokyo. Ticket of the conference dinner (4,000 Japanese yen) is available at the registration desk. Conference Site, and Access from the Narita (New Tokyo) Airport: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Symposium is held at Koshiba Hall in the 1st Science Building, University of Tokyo, 7-3-1 Hongo, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo 113-0033, Japan. It takes about 1.5 hours by train and bus from the Narita airport to the Hongo campus, University of Tokyo, which is located at the center of downtown Tokyo.
