This meeting covers many topics in particle physics phenomenology, from the Standard Model and models beyond the Standard Model to particle cosmology and astrophysics. We aim to discuss recent developments in particle physics theories and learn about the latest results and status of various ongoing and planned experiments, directly from the experimentalists. We plan, in the first half of every morning session, a series of lectures (given in Japanese) on LHC physics and particle cosmology intended for graduate students at the master course level. We would like as many graduate students as possible to participate in this workshop. We welcome applications for about 20 min. talks by participants. All the talks will be given in English. Invited lecturers and speakers include Lecturers K. Hagiwara (KEK) Lectures on LHC physics (March 3, 4) S. Matsumoto (Toyama U.) Lectures on particle cosmology (March 5, 6) Review Talks (confirmed) H. J. He (Tsinghua U.) Electroweak symmetry breaking R. Kitano (LANL) Supersymmetric model F. Takahashi (IPMU) Current status on Non-Gaussianity in CMB S. Torii (Waseda U.)
