In this workshop we wish to cover physics issues in 2012 together with its implication to flavor and dark matter physics. In 2011, LHC achieved 5 fb^-1 of integrate luminosity for each experiment and put bounds/hints on the Higgs boson and the new physics particles. In addition, we found impressive agreement of the multi jet cross section with theories, giving us an hope that more ambitious analysis would be possible this year. The existing bounds on the new physics should have certain impact on the other physics, such as flavor physics and dark matter searches. Searches on the dark matter is still on going looking for the consistent pictures. The meeting would also discuss the possible impact to non-collider physics.
