The purpose of this workshop is to have an opportunity where both theorists and experimentalists meet and discuss physics at flavor factories and related subjects to understand their future prospects and develop even stronger flavor programs. The subjects are physics at future B factories and related flavor physics such as Kaon and muon physics. The workshop program includes theoretical and experimental review talks by invited speakers and short talks by participants. Participants are encouraged to apply for short talks. Invited speakers and topics include: Theory: * T. Mannel (Siegen) * E. Kou (LAL/IN2P3) * L. Oliver (LPT, Orsay) * T. Kaneko (KEK) Experiments: * B factories : TBA * LHCb : O.
