The first workshop of the series was held in Strasbourg in 2008 and the second one was in Brussels in 2010. After these two successful workshops, we hope to discuss the present status and future perspectives of the nuclear cluster physics. We are looking forward to seeing you in Yokohama. On behalf of the SOTANCP3 organizers, Taiichi Yamada, Chair. Conference web site: http://kguramo.kanto-gakuin.ac.jp/sotancp3/ Conference site: The conference site is KGU (Kanto Gakuin University) Kannai Media Center, which is located on the 8th floor of Yokohama Media Business Center (YMBC), Yokohama, Japan. Yokohama is the second largest city in Japan, about 25 km southeast of Tokyo. The detailed access information will be announced in the second circular, which will appear in December. Topics of the workshop: The following topics have been selected in order to cover most of the scientific programme 1. Cluster structures and many-body correlations in stable and unstable nuclei 2. Clustering aspects of nuclear reactions and resonances 3. Alpha condensates and analogy with condensed matter approaches 4. Role of tensor force in cluster physics and ab initio approaches 5. Clustering in hypernuclei 6. Nuclear fission, superheavy nuclei, and cluster decay 7. Cluster physics and nuclear astrophysics 8. Clustering in nuclear matter and neutron stars 9. Clustering in hadron and atomic physics Registration, accommodation and abstract submission: The detail information of the registration fee, accommodation, and abstract submission will be announced in the second circular, which will appear in December. Please check the latest information at our web site. Proceedings: The proceedings will be published from IOP. International Advisory Committee D. Baye (ULB Brussels, Belgium), C.
