2016年2月29日〜3月4日に基研で弦理論と場の理論に関する
国際スクール "School on Strings and Fields" を開催いたします。

招待講師は

Francesco Benini (Imperial College London)
Romuald Janik (Jagiellonian University)
David Poland (Yale University)
Tadashi Takayanagi (YITP, Kyoto University)

の４名で、超対称ゲージ理論における局所化の方法、AdS/CFT 可積分系、
共形ブートストラップ、エンタングルメントとホログラフィーなどに
関する話題を基礎から始めてじっくりと講義して頂く予定です。

参加申し込みはスクールの web page

を通じて受け付けています。
締め切りは以下のとおりです：
１２月１０日：旅費のサポートを希望される方
  １月３１日：その他の参加者

This is an announcement of an international school
on string theory and quantum field theory, which will be held
at YITP, Kyoto University from February 29 to March 4, 2016.

The invited lecturers are

Francesco Benini (Imperial College London)
Romuald Janik (Jagiellonian University)
David Poland (Yale University)
Tadashi Takayanagi (YITP, Kyoto University)

and the topics covered in the lectures will include
localization methods in supersymmetric gauge theories,
AdS/CFT integrability, conformal bootstrap, entanglement
and holography.

The deadlines are
December 10 for those who need visa and/or travel support,
