  - Nagoya university, Higashiyama Campus, ES Building ES635 Symposia (6th floor)

Registration desk:
  - Open from 11:30, 9 Sep (Wed)
  - Please pay registration fee,10,000 JPY, by cash

Program:

Banquet:
  - 19:30-21:30, 10 Sep (Thu)
  - Torigin Honten (Fugetsu branch), Sakae, Nishiki 3 chome  (access guide in the workshop)
  - This is a famous chicken restaurant.  Please contact to LOC if you have restriction in food.
  - If you have accompanying person who wants to join the banquet, please contact to LOC.

For Speakers:
 - Presentation time includes time for discussion
 - Presentation can be given by your own PC
 - Slide file can be uploaded via Indico.   See the link at the bottom.
 (One of your accounts registered in the CERN Indico server is linked to your presentation.
          If you find this link is not convenient, please contact to LOC.)

Late registration:
  - Registration is open in Indico until the workshop days, but no more contribution is accepted.
  - There are still a few seats for banquet but they are not assured.

Wifi:
  - Short term access key available in the university is given at the registration desk
