超高エネルギー素粒子天文研究会(VHEPA)は、「高エネルギー宇宙の総合的理解」
を目的にしています。これまで、柏、ホノルル、ヒロ、台北の各地で開催し、今
回で10回目となります。宇宙線物理とその近隣分野における第一線の碩学から現
況に敏感な若手に至る、国際的に優れた研究者を精力的に招待し、「超高エネル
ギー素粒子観測」の根底にあるべき宇宙像と物理の基本法則の解明の展望を念頭
におきつつ、広範かつ深く掘り下げた追求と共有に努力してきました。今回の超
高エネルギー素粒子天文研究会（VHEPA2019）に於いても「マルチメッセンジャー
時代におけるPeV-EeV素粒子宇宙物理」に焦点をあて、2019年2月18日から20日の
期間、宇宙線研究所６階大セミナー室にて催す予定です。
若干の申込講演の枠も設けました。講演希望の方は組織委員にご通知下さい。

The International workshop on Very High Energy Particle Astronomy (VHEPA)
aims at a comprehensive understanding of the high energy universe with a
focus on multi-messenger astronomy and astro-particle physics. The workshop
brings together experts in cosmic-ray and high energy neutrino physics,
and young researchers who are interested in joining this emerging field.
Previous VHEPA workshops have been held at Kashiwa, Honolulu, Hilo and Taipei.
The 10th International Workshop on Very High Energy Particle Astronomy in
2019 (VHEPA2019), will be held at the Institute for Cosmic Ray
Research (ICRR) on the Kashiwa Campus of The University of Tokyo, Japan,
February 18-20, 2019. The purpose of the workshop is to discuss prospects
for PeV and EeV astroparticle physics in the multiple messenger era
following recent observations and future projects in the field of Very
High Energy Particle Astrophysics.
We will accept application for some talks. Please notify a member of
PC or LOC if you wish to give a talk. Please acknowledge when not meeting
your wishes.
In addition, although there is no registration fee, all speakers and
participants should register to allow for planning of the conference dinner.
We welcome your active participation and your attendance from all of you.
