   I am writing this to remind you that the deadline for financial support
for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows to attend Strings 2018 in
Okinawa, Japan is:

No late applications will be accepted. The Strings 2018 fellowship will
support round-trip airfares of 18 participants selected according to the
procedure described in: https://indico.oist.jp/indico/event/5/page/10

    I would also like to remind you that the deadline for financial support
for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows to attend String-Math 2018
in Sendai, Japan is:

No late applications will be accepted. We have fund to pay for hotel rooms
for about 10 students and postdocs. To be eligible, they have to apply to
the poster session of the conference by March 20, which is 10 days from
