Dear colleagues,

On September 18th (right after JPS), we will hold the 2nd mini-workshop to discuss
various ideas for detecting Long-Lived Particles (LLPs) in various energy scales.

The speakers are the experts in different experimental or theoretical
fields, pursuing LLPs with their unique techniques and ideas. We will aim for
complementarity and synergy among the experiments, and
collaborative works among experimentalists and theorists through this workshop.

If you are interested, we welcome you to join.
We would like to ask you to inform the organizers (llp2018__AT__hep.phys.titech.ac.jp )
if you want to attend the workshop. There is still room for 1 or 2 short talks, so
if you would like to give a talk, please let organizers know by September 1st.

高エネルギー物理学研究者会議の皆様,

9月18日（火）（物理学会翌日）に東京工業大学で，長寿命粒子の探索に関する研究会を行います。

昨年の同じ時期に行なった第一回研究会　http://www.hep.phys.titech.ac.jp/atlas/llp2017/index.html 
に引き続き、今回はLHC等のコライダーにおける長寿命粒子に限定せず、様々なエネルギー
スケールでの実験・理論をカバーする内容となっております。

長寿命粒子探索は往往にしてチャレンジングですが、
新規アイデア（実験技術、理論モデル）を試せる、
面白く楽しい研究領域です。

様々な方面で活躍する長寿命粒子探索の専門家が一堂に会しています。
異なるエネルギースケールにおける探索同士のSynergyおよびComplementarity
を探るのが今回の研究会の主題となります。

Agendaはぎっしり埋まっているのですが、1,2つの短いトークでしたら入れる
ことができます。希望者は世話人に9/1までにお知らせください。
セッションは全て英語で行われますので、外国人研究者の方も
お誘いの上お越しください。
