この研究会では、
１．森前智行さん（京都大学基礎物理学研究所）に
「量子コンピュータの基礎」
について２回の講義をしていただき、次に
２．ＫＥＫ理論センター招聘研究員のIan Cloetさん
（アルゴンヌ米国国立研究所）に
「量子コンピュータを用いた原子核物理」
について講演いただきます。Cloetさんは、2019年3月に
Opportunities for Nuclear Physics & Quantum Information Science,
I. C. Cloet et al. arXiv:1903.05453
の報告書を執筆し、この方面の研究を推進しておられます。
その後、量子コンピュータを用いた素粒子原子核物理分野
（フェムトテクノジー）について議論する予定です。
森前さんには、量子コンピュータの基礎の講義をお願いしていますので
量子コンピュータの知識がない方も積極的にご参加下さい。
今後、量子コンピュータを用いたフェムトテクノジー分野は飛躍的発展が
期待されます。特に、若手研究者の参加を期待します。
なお、量子コンピュータを用いた素粒子原子核物理に関して成果をお持ちで
講演希望のある方は、12月13日までに研究会世話人に直接お尋ね下さい。
１日の研究会ですので、講演数は限られています。もし講演をアレンジ
できない場合にはご了承下さい。
また、財源を持たない若手研究者に対して、研究会出席のサポートが
できる可能性があります。希望がありましたら、12月末までに世話人に

This one-day workshop is intended to learn about basics of quantum
computations and to discuss quantum-computer applications to particle
and nuclear physics. We have two basic lectures on quantum computations
by Prof. Tomoyuki Morimae, so that participants who are not familiar
with quantum computers are welcome. Then, there is a report
by Dr. Ian Cloet about nuclear and hadron physics by quantum computers.
The tentative workshop schedule is the following:
* Lectures on Basics of quantum computations (2 lectures for beginners)
Tomoyuki Morimae (YITP, Kyoto University)
* Nuclear and hadron physics by quantum computers
Ian Cloet (Argonne National Laboratory)
* Discussions on Femtotechnologies by quantum computers

Subject: [Sg-l:4880] 中止、KEK研究会「量子コンピュータを用いたフェムトテクノロジー2020」 3月7日
皆様
昨日、高エネルギー加速器研究機構から、国の方針に従い「感染拡大
の防止という観点から、 感染の広がり、会場の状況等を踏まえ、開催
の必要性を改めて検討」するようにとの要請がありました。
今後２週間が、新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大を抑える重要な時期と
されていること等の事情を併せて考慮した結果、極めて残念ですが、
不測の事態を避けるためにも、来たる3月7日（土）開催予定の研究会
「量子コンピュータを用いたフェムトテクノロジー2020」
http://j-parc-th.kek.jp/workshops/2020/03-07/
を中止することと致しました。
参加を予定されていた皆様には大変、ご迷惑をおかけすることになり
ましたが、諸般の事情に鑑みてご諒承くださいますよう、宜しくお願
