*Introduction:*
In this first installment of the NCTS TG2.1 Hsinchu Hub Workshop we will
discuss recent developments for Neutrinos, Dark Matter, Gravitational
Waves, and their interplay. All three are messengers of the dark universe
shedding insights into its secrets.
