Kharzeev. The symposium will take place at Brookhaven National Laboratory from *Aug. 31 to Sep. 2, 2023, *immediately preceding the Quark Matter 2023 conference. There are several important updates since the 1st Circular that we would like to bring to your immediate attention: • A meeting website has been set up at: https://www.bnl.gov/eqm2023/ • *Registration *is now open for the event and we urge you all to register as soon as possible if you plan to join us. • Please note that all *non-U.S. citizens must complete *an additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form by *July 1, 2023 *and be approved in the Brookhaven Lab Guest Information System (GIS) before they can participate in this event. So if this requirement applies to you, please take action now. See the website for more information. • Information for event *accommodations *is also available on the website at: https://www.bnl.gov/eqm2023/accommodations.php Please plan early and make your hotel room reservations as soon as you can. The hotel is approximately 15 mins drive from BNL. For participants who may stay at this hotel without a rental car, we will try to arrange morning/evening rides with participants who have cars. With this 2nd Circular, we hope you can start planning your travel for joining us at this exciting event. In particular, your prompt registration indicating your intention to come will be a great help for our planning of the event.
