First Circular
The 9th International Symposium on Symmetries in Subatomic Physics
(SSP2025) will be held at in Nara, Japan. The symposium aims to
develop research activities and prospects of cutting-edge researches
related to symmetries in subatomic physics and relevant fields in
fundamental physics.

1. Date
From September 23 (Tuesday) through 28 (Sunday), 2025

2. Symposium venue
The symposium will be held at Nara Kasugano International Forum
(I.RA.KA) in Nara Park, Nara, Japan.

3. Scientific program
The scientific program will consist of invited talks on recent
theoretical and experimental achievements and prospects in:
– Discrete Symmetries (C, P, T, CP, CPT)
– Flavour (CKM Light and heavy flavours, Lepton flavour)
– Number Conservation Laws (B, L, B-L)
– Continuous Symmetries (Lorentz invariance, Gravity)
– Symmetries and Interactions (QED, QCD, Electroweak interactions, GUT)
– Future Facilities
– Application of new technologies
The detailed program will be announced in the 2nd circular.

4. Tentative schedule
– Registration opens: 1 April 2025
– Call for abstracts opens: 1 April 2025
– Abstract submission closes: 30 June 2025
– Registration closes: 31 August 2025
