“Frontiers of Quantum Computing and Classical Tensor Networks for Gauge Theories”
を開催いたします。

近年、量子計算および古典テンソルネットワークの発展を背景として、格子ゲージ理論のハミルトニアン形式に関する研究は大きく進展しています。本ワークショップでは、
幅広い背景を持つ研究者が集まり、最新の成果を共有するとともに、現在進行中の課題について深く議論し、新たな共同研究や今後の発展につなげることを目的としています。
招待講演者として、現時点で以下の方々を予定しています。

We are pleased to announce the International Workshop Led by Young Researchers,
“Frontiers of Quantum Computing and Classical Tensor Networks for Gauge Theories,”
which will be held at the Yukawa Institute for Theoretical Physics, Kyoto University,
from Monday, November 16 to Friday, November 20, 2026.

In recent years, there has been significant progress in the Hamiltonian formulation of lattice gauge theories, driven by developments in both quantum computing and classical tensor-network approaches. This workshop aims to bring together researchers from a broad range of backgrounds to share recent results, discuss ongoing challenges in depth, and foster new collaborations and future developments.
The tentative list of invited speakers is as follows:
