素粒子論研究者のみなさま

本年11月9-13日の日程で、リニアコライダーの国際会議LCWS2026がKEKにて開催されます。
Registrationとabstract submissionを開始しましたので、
ぜひ参加・発表をご検討ください。

Abstractの締め切りは8/23, 早期参加登録の締め切りは10/4となっています。

特に、AAA(先端加速器科学技術推進協議会)のサポートをいただき
学生の参加費は大幅に減額(人数制限あり)されていますので、
学生への参加押し出しもよろしくお願いいたします。

なお、まだ正式には決定していませんが、一昨年のLCWS2024同様、
前日の11/8(日)午後にpreschoolを東大で行うことを検討しています。
こちらに関しては決まり次第再度ご連絡さしあげます。

欧州ではFCCeeを次期計画として実現するかどうかという議論が進んでいますが、
ILCを含む線形電子陽電子コライダーも独自の利点とエネルギー(等)拡張性を持つ
次期計画として引き続き実現に向けた研究開発等を進めております。

多くの皆様のご参加をお待ちしております。

from 9th to 13th November 2026 at KEK Tsukuba campus.

高エネルギー物理学研究者会議の皆様

東大ICEPPの末原です。
本年11月9-13日にKEKで開催予定のLCWS2026ですが、
abstract submission deadline (8/31に延長されました)と
学生のreduced registration feeの応募締め切り(8/31)が
近づいてきましたのでお知らせします。

査読付きProceedingsの発刊も予定しておりますので、
関連する研究をお持ちの方はぜひabstract submissionをご検討ください。
(ポスター発表もあり、こちらは口頭発表に比べるとLCとのつながりがそこまで強くなくても
acceptされやすいかなと思います。なお口頭発表はリモートでも可能です。
(リモートの参加費が必要です))

また、学生はAAAのサポートにより10000円の参加費・KEK宿舎への宿泊補助
があり参加しやすくなっていますが、受け入れ人数に限りがありますので、
参加をご検討の方は8/31までの登録をお願いします。
(9/1以降は空き枠がある場合に限り受付可能となります)

なお、11/8(日)に午後に東大で開催予定のプレスクールに関しては
まだ準備ができておりませんが、近日中に公式にお知らせします。

We would like to inform about the latest information about the 2026 Linear Collider Workshop (LCWS2026).

Date: 9th.-13th Nov. 2026
Venue: KEK, Tsukuba, Japan

The deadline of the full consideration of your abstract is 31st August (extended). You may still be possible to submit abstracts after that but acceptance of the abstracts after the date depend on WG conveners.

The decision (on abstracts submitted before the deadline) will be made by first half of September. Your abstract may be assigned to poster contribution even if oral presentation is selected. For oral presentations remote contribution can also be selected, while posters are onsite only.”

We are very welcome to submit abstract.
